Untrammel allows the caster to dispel webs. Also, when used directly on web-casting spiders, it disallows them from spinning more webs.
Alchemy can create some fine opaline dust to dispell webs without MIU.
Lore Benefits
10 ranks of Spiritual Lore, Blessings creates a persistent effect upon the caster. The duration is 600 + 30 seconds per Major Spiritual spell rank. While active, the caster will receive a second attempt (warding or maneuver) to avoid being webbed.
