Interference causes the lesser spirits in the area to interfere with the target's offensive and defensive abilities. A successful warding with Interference will apply a base 15 spiritual target defense (TD) penalty, increased with training in Spiritual Lore, Summoning. Targets are more susceptible to this spell as it has a 30 TD pushdown.
