Villicent was a merchant featured at Windfellow's Retreat, the Premium festival held in 5119. She worked on portrait lockets in the Ivory Mask.
Appearance
- You see Villicent.
- She appears to be an Elf.
- She is average height. She appears to be in the bloom of youth. She has wide-set amethyst eyes and alabaster skin. She has thick, champagne blonde hair that cascades to her waist in a riot of tightly spiralling curls. She has a plain face, a narrow nose and delicately arched eyebrows.
- She is in good shape.
- She is wearing a twisted gold chain suspending a simple rectangular locket, a full-skirted cream kirtle trimmed in gold brocade, a cream and verdigris silk reticule, and a pair of emerald velvet flats.
