Mourning Garments were introduced at Sorrowing Silks at the Festival of the Fallen in 2024. The unique thing about the Mourning Garments is that they interact with items in the room if they share a specific noun. For example, if there is an altar, coffin, grave, sarcophagus, tomb, tombstone, or urn in the room, then the garment interacts with it. If none of those things are present, then it has a separate interaction. It has a customizable handkerchief as well. There are two varieties of garments: skirted and non-skirted OTS/1Fluff TierAnalyzeYou analyze the brocade doublet and sense that the creator has provided the following information: Mourning Garments Released in 5124 at the Festival of the Fallen in Ta'Vaalor, Mourning Garments are designed to provide subtle messaging for those in mourning. The doublet has interactions when the following verbs are used on it: BOW, KNEEL, PULL These items may be dyed and are freely useable with the Modular NPC system. Regular alterations are allowed, but please note that when you dye the doublet, it will reset any long descriptions. Any merchant may customize the sleeve-tucked handkerchief. All alterations must not contradict that there are long sleeves on the garment. If creating a skirted item, no sundresses are allowed.
