You analyze the iron padlock and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: Your padlock is used to unlock the potential of things held in your other hand or on your person. A miniature iron padlock grants crumble prevention to a non-enhancive magic item. DETAILS: > Items explicitly marked to crumble are ineligible. You need only RAISE your padlock while holding a compatible item in your other hand or on your person. Your padlock may not be altered or changed in any way. You get no sense of whether or not the padlock may be further lightened.
