This is what I have:

a troll heart necklace - The troll heart necklace is made of transparent glaes which allows you to view what looks to be the beating heart of a troll king inside the glaes. Near the bottom back veins exit the necklace which wind around the chain and vanish into your chest.

(First time you put it on)
With no warning at all veins begin to grow through the back of the necklace, flailing wildly as they grow. There is a sudden burst of pain as you realize the troll heart necklace veins have punctured your flesh and have attached directly to your heart! You scream in pain!

First Person

(Normal Beating)
There is a faint beating from the troll heart inside the necklace you wear.

(Pumping Blood)
The troll heart inside the necklace beats madly for a second as it pumps lifegiving blood back into your bloodstream, revitalizing you with its regenerative blood.

(Tap)
As you tap the troll heart necklace you feel a slight irregularity in your own heart which skips a beat.

Other's Perspective

(Normal Beating)
There is a faint beating from the troll heart inside the necklace worn by Madmountan.

(Pumping Blood)
The troll heart inside the necklace beats madly for a second as it pumps lifegiving blood back into Madmountan's bloodstream, revitalizing him with its regenerative blood.

(Tap)
As Madmountan taps his troll heart medallion, he seems to blanch in a most peculiar sort of way.

It will constantly pump blood back to you whether you are stunned, proned, webbed or in 50 second roundtime. If you are at full health it will beat normally, if you are missing blood it will pump it back to you. I've gotten as little as 5 blood back (when that's all I was missing), and as much as 70 in one pump.

There's two of these things left. I own the necklace, and Koops owns the medallion. The pendant has left the lands, from what I understand.

P>rem neck Using all your strength, you rip the troll heart necklace away from your chest using both hands to do so. The veins that have sunken into the chest stretch to their maximum length before they snap in two leaking blood to the ground. You scream in searing pain as blood pours freely from the wound. Quickly the holes in your chest seal over.

The troll heart beats rapidly inside the necklace repairing the damage done to it from the action.

You take 11 damage.

Not that biug of a deal.
