This is a Martial Stance. If you successfully parry an attack while in a forward or greater stance, you will launch an automatic retaliatory strike at -2 RT. The chance to make this strike is 50/75/100% at ranks 1/2/3, and such strikes are limited to one every (6 - Rank) seconds.
