Maneuver a target, dealing minor slashing damage and minor concussion damage. Applies Major Bleed to the primary target. Applies Terrified or Demoralized with a power of 15 to other targets that witness the attack.

Additional Information

Because this is an Area of Effect skill, training in Multi Opponent Combat factors into the application of the Terrify and Demoralized effect application. If the attacker has no MOC ranks, no witnesses to the attack will be affected.
