Teras Postmaster is a shop in Kharam Dzu that sells mailing supplies. It is located through the curtain in the Paspartu Moving Company lobby, which is located at Dragonspine and Mithril.

The proprietor is a doddering dwarven postal clerk.

The air is heavy with the scent of paper and dust. A doddering dwarven postal clerk keeps watch from behind a sturdy counter, above which hangs a framed sign. The portrait hung near a distressed leather curtain is the only thing resembling decoration in this small office.
