You see the Wedding Planner Marcevilous.
He appears to be a Vaalor Elf.
He is tall, thin and has come of age.  His pale lilac eyes and flawless complexion nicely offset his silver hair.
He is wearing a finely crafted crimson velvet doublet over a front-laced white silk shirt with lace cuffs.  Long cream trousers and black boots polished to a high shine complete his outfit.  He holds a small chalkboard with a list of tasks in his right hand.

• Marcevilous glances down at his chalkboard in dismay before turning to snap at an attendant, "Marie, where is the cake?"
• Marcevilous frowns momentarily and in a hushed tone instructs an attendant, "Satara, stall the bride and get that lipstick cleaned off of the groom. Now!"
• Marcevilous paces back and forth glancing at his chalkboard as he mutters to himself."
• Marcevilous shouts, "No no no! Those are NOT the flowers I ordered!" A blushing delivery lad quickly ducks back outside.
