The Forging Gouge was originally released at Ebon Gate festival Evermore Hollow 2022 in the shop The Gouged Heart.

You analyze the faenor gouge and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
This faenor gouge is used to hollow out a crafted weapon with a hilt and inset it with a bug that has not been turned into a gem. In order to work, the gouger must be charged with resin. The translucent resin can be colored with alchemy dye.
