Introduced in 5107, the Dragonfly Festival is a celebration of the migratory patterns of Dragonflies around Cysaegir as well as a celebration of the Aelotoi people finding a home. The treetops and pathways within the city are littered with merchant shops.

- Ceremony of Remembrance This ceremony was first introduced at the Dragonfly Festival.
- Ceremony of Remembrance Quest - Collecting flowers for the flower quest allowed you to earn Glaesine Crystal Dragonfly.
