Millicent gowns offer the indecisive fashionista the opportunity to change their look with a simple touch, rub, poke, pull of their dress for a new style any time of year. It functions similarly to Rainbowear.

Analyze

You analyze your brushed cotton pinafore and sense that there is no recorded information on that item. It may or may not be able to be worked on by a merchant alterer.

However, they can be identified by LOOKing at them:

>l my shirt
Peering closely at the lining of the velvet shirt, you note a small dressmaker's mark in the shape of a bull's head.
