Flower-strewn pale blue cart

The flower-strewn pale blue cart is a wandering cart in the Western Harbor, around Mist Harbor, that sells floral items and specializes in foraged flowers. It is available during the summer season, and is run by a short fur-garbed gnome.

Thick blades of beach grass rise upon either side of the cobblestone pathway as it gently curves away from a large stone wall and down toward a quaint harbor. Sunlight glitters off of the dark blue waters, where boats can be seen bobbing safely from their moorings. You also see a flower-strewn pale blue cart with some stuff on it, a short fur-garbed gnome, a white picket gate and a banana plant.
