A prismatic potion can be made by wizards at rank 24 in the potions subskill of Alchemy. Can be used up to rank 40 for ranks.

3. Add ayanad crystal
4. Boil
5. Add two doses goat hoof from mountain goats
6. Add shimmering prismatic shard
7. Simmer
