Gift of Oleani instantly converts up to 60 training points worth of migrating skills. This will also add 60 converted points to a character's 30-day skill migration period total. It is one of the Gift of the Gods options received on the 29th day of Login Rewards.
The Gift of Oleani is best used after migrating 60 Training points first. This way you're already in the slower migration rate and the gift will not push you to that point by using it before then and adding 60 points to your total migrated Training points in the current 30 day Skill migration period. The Gift of Oleani is most effective when activated after crossing the 60 TP threshold.
