Additional Information
Because this is an Area of Effect skill, training in Multi Opponent Combat factors into the application of the Terrified and Demoralized effects. If the attacker has no MOC ranks, no witnesses to the attack will be affected.

Silent Strike, they will attempt to remain hidden when performing maneuvers with the
