Rhyaesdid Hall

Rhyaesidid Hall is Cysaegir's town hall. It houses primary services related to the town, but only citizenship and equipment pickup concerning the recently arrested. Aside from that, it does very little. However, it does house two of the towns three sources of food and drink. It is located in central Cysaegir, and is northwest of Hihaeim's Locksmithery. It can be easily reached by climbing down the rope ladder located on the Treetop Platform. From the outside, it appears as an edifice.
