Fabricator

The Fabricator is a container that holds stacks of fabric inside. It debuted at Ebon Gate in 2022 and is sold at Materials Maketh Man. Look/Show It does have a hard-coded show that may have the rattan, river reeds, and fabric lining customized. It will also display the fabric types, the count of each, and which is ready to be PLUCKed out. Fashioned of braided violet rattan and lilac river reeds, the hamper has a butterfly-patterned fabric lining that can be seen beyond the woven lid. A thin piece of slate is anchored to the top of the hamper, noting the following fabrics are stored within: 1. a bolt of watered silk (1, one of which is ready for plucking) Tier 1 This provides basic storage for your fabricator. While not listed in the analyze, PUT has messaging for when you put fabric into the fabricator. The proper syntax for that is the same as if you were putting an item into a standard container. Usage Verb First Third PUT (fabric in hamper) Popping open the lid, you place a bolt of ribbed cameline into your sewing hamper to keep it safe and sound. N/A Tier 2 Tier 2 allows the Fabricator to convert non-container fabric items into bolts of fabric and convert bolts of fabric into cobbling uppers or trim. Usage Verb First Third FEED You are about to feed a sky blue brocade snood into a woven sewing hamper, if this is your intention, then please FEED hamper again in the next 30 seconds. You feed a sky blue brocade snood into a side compartment on the left of a woven sewing hamper, causing it to tug from your hand and spit a bolt of brocade out the right side. When an un-zested bolt of fabric is PUSHED into a woven sewing hamper, it will expend its charge to turn it into a cobbling material suitable to be used as an upper. NUDGE Briefly lifting the lid of a woven sewing hamper, you slide a panel to the side, obscuring the word "upper" and revealing the word "trim." This section has not been added yet; please add to it now! PUSH Unfolding a bolt of velvet, you carefully feed it through a small slot in the back of a woven sewing hamper. After a few moments, the velvet pops out of a drawer at the very base of the hamper and seems slightly different. This section has not been added yet; please add to it now! RUB You rub the side of a woven sewing hamper with a bound blue crystal, causing the crystal to shimmer. Slowly, the crystal fades as its energy is absorbed by the hamper. This section has not been added yet; please add to it now! Additional Information The fabricator doesn't take anything with the noun cloth because it isn't a type of fabric, per se. It requires one of the lengthy list of fabric nouns and/or adjectives in order to work. This is intended as the results with the fabric being just "cloth" can get funky in some of the systems it works with.
