Chivalry is fundamentally concerned with reputation. Courage, loyalty, generosity, martial ability, faithfulness, and honorable conduct hold value because they were witnessed and remembered. A recognizable shield, banner, or surcoat attaches those deeds to a name. Therefore, to fight beneath one’s arms is, symbolically, to place one’s reputation on the field with oneself.
Herein we have collected, where available, the arms of all active individual members. Where arms for a member are not available, the Order's arms have been duly substituted.
