Purified Materials Updates

New Materials

• Black ora - Purified Black Ora flares release a blast of psychic damage and terrifies it's target. 25% that the psychic damage is amplified, up to 4x.

• White ora - Purified White Ora flares release a blast of holy flame damage and provides the Hallowed Resolve buff for the next swing or cast. Hallowed Resolve provides +25% DF against undead for attacks, or +50 overwarding for CS spells. 25% chance to immolate the target in holy fire.

Updates to Existing Purified Materials

• Eonake, Faewood, Levielthar, and White Ora now flare twice as often due to only affecting undead.
• Adamantine - Now has a 25% chance to apply additional damage.
• Eonake - Now has a 25% chance to immolate the target in holy fire. It's messaging has also been updated
• Faewood - Now has a 25% chance to add an additional charge of Immeria's Blessing

Mechanics Updates

• Terrify has been updated to no longer cause targets to flee. Instead, lower rolls of terrify now cause a new status of Panic.
• Panicked targets are unable to attack, use maneuvers, or cast spells for the duration of Panic.
