A sisfu potion can be made by a wizard with 50 ranks in Alchemic Potions.

The recipe given is as follows: add water, add 3 doses of ground ayana leaf, add 3 doses of essence of water, chant the Enchant Item spell, add 2 doses of faintly radiant dust, infuse mana, refract moonlight through a diamond lens and boil.
