Piece of crystalline chalk

A piece of crystalline chalk is used to facilitate local interrealm travel via the Planar Shift (740) spell.

This chalk can be made by sorcerers with many ranks in the Trinkets subskill of Alchemy. As the formula was found in the Library system, no exact rank is known.
