Suggestion: Now that we're allowed to change the horse's coat color, possibly be able to have a merchant (or even the groomer for next Rumor Woods) change the colors of the reins, too? - LEOWYATT
It was announced that they can be altered now. But only the reins. Any changes to your mount have to be done through the ostler.
