A small number of Spell Preps will also be available at Duskruin, geared towards general sneakiness, shadowy things, and stealth. They will come in the form of parchments that can be INVOKED to learn the prep (if the invoker is eligible for it), though this will consume the item. They can be definitely be passed around/sold.
