a rustic wagon of reclaimed barn wood, [Map Room XX], Room# 4410009, Lich# LXX, go rustic wagon

Refuse Reclaimed

[Refuse Reclaimed - 4410141]
Strung around the planked walls on rusty chains, repurposed wine bottles softly illuminate the cozy space with a flickering glow. A splintered padauk door with broken hinges lies across a stack of wooden crates and displays a hodgepodge of wares. Smooth river rocks weigh down a painted terracotta pot that houses a charred tree limb tilted precariously to one side. Its blackened, jewelry-draped branches brush against a patchwork curtain, fringed in cowrie shells, bissecting the wagon.
Obvious exits: out

On the tree limb you see: a tall knotted gorget of unfurling lacquered roots, a wide enameled band rolled from strips of ebon-inked vellum, a broad armband fashioned from assorted decorative buttons, a floriated silver spoon thumb ring, some tri-strand earrings threaded with gilt porcelain shards, a flower-pressed wine cork anklet wrapped in plaited twine, a globular glaesine pendant filled with shattered crystal, a braided scarf woven from texturally varied fabric scraps, a blackened steel wristcuff of wire-linked nuts, and a copper sprocket chain belt flecked with a verdigris finish.

Read / Analyze

Read:

You're not holding that.
Analyze:
You get a strong sense that the book can be altered by any merchant, but the noun must be one of the following: book, tome, volume, ledger, journal, folio, spellbook, grimoire, prayerbook, scroll, or vellum. The way the book looks should make sense when it is both opened and closed.

Some merchants may be willing to put any writing you have on your book into a specific language, so that only those who understand that language can read the writing.

Currently you are able to use WRITE, OPEN, CLOSE, TURN, and READ with the leather book. For writing, you will need to be holding a quill, though some paintsticks may also work for this.

Refuse Reclaimed, Workshop

[Refuse Reclaimed, Workshop - 4410142]
Organized chaos reigns over the well-stocked workspace. Old hardware, bones, and other assorted odds and ends fill the various containers on a series of battered steel shelves. One wall is covered in iron hooks used to store a diverse array of crafting materials. Haphazardly stacked in one corner, a pile of reclaimed wood is fraught with exposed, rusty nails. Across from a patchwork curtain, tools and half-finished projects litter the surface of a paint-splashed workbench.
Obvious exits: none

On the paint-splashed workbench you see: a dried gourd lantern punched with concentric circles.

On the battered steel shelves you see: a stained canvas bin, a splintered wood crate, a painted wood tray, a pile of broken mirrors, some mismatched plates and teacups, and a collection of multihued glass bottles.

On the iron hooks you see: a tangle of fishing wire, some diverse fabric scraps, some frayed hemp rope, some cracked leather belts, and some oxidized iron chains.
