Water ring

Water rings are rare items, similar to fire, ice, lightning rings, that allow one to summon a globe of colored water that can be played with. Available colors noted include red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, black, and white. These colors periodically shift to various hues of its assigned color. Due to its elemental nature, the water will draw energy from its handler, generally about 1 mana per instance. Water rings are unique as they were given out as an exclusive item to attendees of a previous SimuCon. Analyze You want to do what? With that? Are you serious?
