Penelia helped alter clothing in the Evermore Hollow shop, The Art of the Drapery. She was also present at the Premium contest end of year soiree.

Appearance

You see Seamstress Penelia.
Due to the satin mask she wears, it is difficult to determine her race...or even whether she is living or dead.
She is average height.  Her features are hidden beneath a white satin mask ripped to reveal slashes of ebony lace, though her sepia-flecked viridian eyes shine through.  She has long, silky dark auburn hair twisted into a coil of braids beneath a caul of ultrafine blackened chains.  Little else about her appearance is easy to distinguish.
She has a silver-inked sewing needle on her finger.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a pair of orange arathiel pumpkin earrings, a darted ebon lace-on-silk jacket flaring dramatically from the waist, an airy ghost white blouse layered in wisps of chiffon, some tailored midnight black trousers, and a pair of sleek knee-high boots set upon bat-winged niello silver heels.
