a lace-edged niveous parchment

It took me forever to locate what item would raise the Snowball satchel from OTS to the next Tier. It is "a lace-edged niveous parchment".

Tap

You tap a lace-edged niveous parchment, which is in your left hand.

Read

In the Common language, it reads:
This will unlock "Snowball Satchel" from Tier OTS to Tier 1. Please ANALYZE for more information.

Analyze

You analyze the niveous parchment and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:

Your parchment is used to unlock the potential of things held in your other hand.

Your parchment will unlock your Snowball Pouch to tier 1.

You need only RAISE your parchment while holding a compatible piece of equipment in your other hand.

Your parchment may not be altered or changed in any way.

You get no sense of whether or not the parchment may be further lightened.

Raise

(first time, with an OTS Snowball satchel is in the opposite hand)

Are you sure you would like to use your parchment to unlock your ice-blue satchel? This will consume your parchment and is irreversible.
[Please use this command again within 30 seconds to CONFIRM.]

Raise

(second time, to confirm)

As you raise your parchment up, your satchel glows slightly. Your "ice-blue satchel" has been unlocked to the next tier. [Unlock Status 1/2]
Your parchment crumbles to dust.

I hope a moderator might come along and determine what to best do with this information. I am saving it here because it could have been extremely helpful to me today, and saved me several hours of trying to figure this out, so I hope it would be helpful for others to find as well. Perhaps this needs to go on its own item page? And then the item page linked to the Snowball satchel page? I really am not sure, but while I had the info I thought I would post here. Thank you. -Soliere FIRENSIA (talk) 06:40, 31 January 2025 (CST)

Hi there, FIRENSIA. Thanks for sharing your notes. I have added the appearance of the unlocking certificate you shared to the first unlock tier on the snowball satchel's page. Generally speaking, automated unlocking certificates do not need their own articles, especially as sometimes their appearances might vary between different festivals or pay events, but it is perfectly fine to mention what they look like on the main item script articles so that they can be more easily found.
