Vanne fans are heavily scripted items that have a slot to hold a dagger and can be worn on the wrist when not in use. They are popular amongst those in higher social circles, especially Nalfein elves. They have demeanor-based messaging. Some messaging varies even further depending on if a dagger is present or not. They were originally released with no tiers but later updated, with existing verbs broken down into two tiers for locked and unlocked status.
