The Vanne fan is a fluff script that applies to accessory items. It was originally released by Vanne. It can be worn on the wrist when not in use. Some messaging varies depending on demeanor and if a dagger is sheathed inside the fan or not.
Analyze
You analyze the shadowy silk fan and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item has restrictions on changing the noun." The creator has also provided the following information: You sense that any merchant may alter this fan, though it must remain a "fan," and alterations must make sense for wrist-worn items. Currently, you are able to OPEN, CLOSE, PROD, PUSH, TURN, POKE, COVER, TAP, TILT, PULL, NUDGE, RAISE, RUB, TOUCH, WAVE, WEAR, and REMOVE the fan.
