The Central Caravansary encompasses the middle portion of the trail between Wehnimer's Landing and Solhaven, between the Zeltoph foothills and grasslands to the north and the Cairnfang Forest to the south. Geographical features of the region include Zortahg's Spine and Stoneharrow Swale. The area is populated by large ogres and swamp trolls.
