Mourne (prime)

Mourne Luthenes is a traveling Faendryl empath and hunter.

Mourne was taken from their neglectful Agrestis mother at a young age by their father, a ranger. He raised Mourne on the road and schooled them in combat, survival, herb lore, and minor spiritual magics. When Mourne's talent for empathic magic manifested, their father found a string of tutors as they traveled.

Over the years, Mourne was sent out on scouting missions to collect information about regions and communities to support a number of secretive projects. After one such mission, somewhere between the years 5062 and 5078, Mourne returned to their agreed-upon rendezvous but their father did not. Since then, Mourne has been roaming between the scattered sites of his projects within and around the Turamzzyrian Empire, searching for both him and some sense of belonging.

Mourne can most often be found in and around the Solhaven and Wehnimer's Landing environs.

Appearance

Mourne is intersex and genderfluid, and their appearance is intended to be ambiguous.

He is tall and has a lithe, rangy physique. He appears unmarked by the passing of years. He has subtly angled pale green-gold eyes and dusky golden brown skin. He has long, glossy waves of soot black hair loosely plaited into a single thick herringbone braid. He has a fine-boned oval face and a long, slender neck. The gentle arcs of his cheekbones blend smoothly into an angular jawline and amplify the androgynous cast of his features.

He is in good shape.

He is wearing a dusky leather knapsack, a dark-paneled slim leather jerkin, some dark leather handwraps layered over pale cotton, a matte black leather satchel, some fitted dark brown leather trousers, and a tall pair of back-laced hunter green leather boots.

She is tall and has a broad-shouldered slender frame. She appears to be youthful. She has narrow gold-green eyes and dusky golden skin. She has long, irregularly streaked black and white blonde hair parted in crisp, zig-zagging lines and tightly plaited into several thick braids. She has a fine-boned oval face and a long, slender neck with a sharp laryngeal prominence. She has an angular jawline that is at odds with her otherwise soft features.

She has a loop of bronze wire and leopard quartz in the upper ridge of her right ear, and an intricate pattern of slender branches and skeletal leaves inked in black across the entirety of her exposed skin.
