Dame Cirri Strut ran the Magical Mayhem Troupe which performed at the Ebon Gate 2008 festival in Velathae.

She is wearing a rune-etched scorched copper mask, an ankle-length flowing ebon robes, a tiny component's pouch, a pair of soft ebon cotton leggings, and a pair of simple linen boots.
