Dwarf Fest armor is a non-functional fluff/zest script that first appeared at the Revel of the Anfelt festival in 2003. The armor was sold in the shop Dagnus's Depot, among others. It may be a predecessor of Anfelt armor, and possibly Autoscripter armor messaging, and has no tiers to unlock.
Analyze
You analyze your <armor> and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: This armor may be altered, but it should not be altered into something broken, dull, or weak-looking as the messaging is for armor of superior craftsmanship. This script traps WEAR, REMOVE, PULL, DUST and RUB. There is nothing to unlock. You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the <armor> for you.
