He was a surviving follower of the Empress Kadaena, and the worst enemy of the Loremasters. He would have been the primary reason Bandur Etrevion was recognized at Karilon for his work "Servants of the Shadow: Power Through Thralldom". Kestrel Etrevion was most likely his viceroy for what is now called the Darkstone Bay region.
