Description

At Valley of Gold, 7/24/5119

You see Paerys Velethuil Loenthra.
He appears to be an Elf.
He is considerably shorter than average and has a scrawny physique. He appears to be in the meridian of life. He has rheumy amber eyes and pallid skin. He has wavy, coarse aureate hair framing his face and shoulders in a thickly layered mane. He has an oblong face, a straight nose and an upswept pointed ears, the tips of which point out from his hair.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a round-brimmed grey leather hat, a blue-black razern pyramid medallion strung invertedly by a silver chain, a steel-buckled dull blue haversack, a high-neck pleated silk shirt with wide cuffs, a pair of slate grey leather gloves secured with sapphire buttons, some frayed granite-hued breeches, and some faded cerulean silk shoes.

Death

[Ta'Illistim, Caear Courtyard]
The illuminated domes of Ta'Illistim Keep rise overhead, each one tiled and sparkling with an abundance of mosaic decoration. Before the keep, the var widens to a half-moon shaped courtyard, which in turn is bordered by the edge of the city green. You also see a large wooden platform with some stuff on it.
Also here: Lady Sayilla, Lady Orelwen, Lord Aeriadrn, Lord Murstyr, Argent Mirror Myasara, Paerys, Ntyre, and many adventurers.

Aeriadrn recites:

"Paerys, you have been found guilty of assault on members of the Court and city. You have also been found guilty of conspiring to murder Argent Mirror Myasara Illistim, her Illumination, Head of House Illistim, Monarch of the Illistimi People, Defender of Ta'Illistim and Keeper of Knowledge."

Aeriadrn recites:

"For these crimes, you have been sentenced to die by having your head severed from your body."

Paerys folds his hands behind his back.

He is wearing a high-neck pleated silk shirt with wide cuffs, a pair of thick black iron manacles, some frayed granite-hued breeches, a heavy iron ball and chain with an ankle cuff, and some faded cerulean silk shoes.

Ntyre shoves Paerys to his knees.

>l ntyre
You see Ntyre.
He appears to be an Illistim Elf.
It is difficult to properly see his features as the dark cotton hood of his robe is pulled down over his face.
He is in good shape.
He is holding a wide vaalorn beheading sword in his right hand.
He is wearing a dark cotton robe, a small dark pouch, a pair of leather breeches, and some black leather boots.

Aeriadrn recites:
"Do you have any final words?"

Paerys nods slowly.

Paerys recites:
"See now - how your Mirror treats the plight of Elvenkind. Our people are rewarded with an Alliance by those who would inevitably betray them. I have no regrets."

Paerys says, "Do it."

Ntyre grabs Paerys' head and lowers it to the block before taking a step back.

Aeriadrn recites:

"May the Patrons guide your path swiftly to the Gate."

Ntyre lifts his sword high above his head before dropping it downward with a single, mighty blow.

Paerys slumps over, severed head rolls a few times on the ground before it stills - the head twitches gruesomely, his bloodied lips spasming in his death throes, as he stares hatefully into the crowd before going still.

As the head rolls away from the body, you are splattered with droplets of blood.

Myasara nods.

Myasara just climbed up a massive stairway.
