One can acquire poisons and antidotes for it at Covert Couriers in Bloodriven Village, though other places may sell additional options. The antidotes can be administered to yourself or to a prone friend. The poisons can be added to food or drink to covertly rid yourself of your enemies. Xerria can unlock these further.

This tier is the same for both necklaces and rings. Non-liquid poisons must be DROPped into the jewelry, whereas liquids should be POURed in. Once a poison or antidote is added, it appears to be in an unlimited quantity until it is TURNed while open.
