Recent Parry is a combat status and a reaction trigger. A Recent Parry occurs when a character or creature of comparable level is in an aggressive stance (forward, advance, or offensive) and successfully parries an attack. If the character knows any Reaction skills, they will see a prompt for one after the parry success message.
Some Reaction skills require the attacker to have a Recent Parry, while others will require the target to have a Recent Parry.
Messaging
An ethereal scout swings a battle axe at you! With no room to spare, you manage to parry the blow with your steel spear! You could use this opportunity to Radial Sweep!
Associated Skills
The following reaction skills can trigger on a Recent Parry:
