  3. Add three doses of essence of water
  4. Chant Enchant Item (925)
  5. Add two doses of faintly radiant dust
  6. Infuse
  7. Refract moonlight through a diamond lens
  8. Boil
This recipe can only be made at night

Faintly radiant dust=extracted t'ayanad crystals
