The Spell Aiming skill is used to determine a character's attack strength when using bolt spells. Each skill bonus point in spell aiming increases a character's bolt attack strength by 1. Spell aiming is also a major factor in the aimed versions of Limb Disruption, Energy Maelstrom, Implosion, Condemn, and Ethereal Censer. It's also a factor for the new "Spell Power" system that was introduced with the Spell Disabler Review.
