In the State of Elanthia 2023, the invoker was mentioned. It came about to resolve lag effects of spell effects with multiple people present. It may be moved to Four Winds Isle with a cost like 10,000 silvers. When we see a release of the minutes from the meeting, we should see what they have officially said.
