Teras Postmaster is the post office in Kharam Dzu. It is located through the curtain in the Paspartu Moving Company lobby, which is located at Dragonspine and Mithril.

The air is heavy with the scent of paper and dust. A doddering dwarven postal clerk keeps watch from behind a sturdy counter, above which hangs a framed sign. The portrait hung near a distressed leather curtain is the only thing resembling decoration in this small office.
