The Teras premium furniture emporium is an unnamed building in Kharam Dzu on Teras Isle that sells Premium home furniture. Additional chairs are located at the Terasian Seating Emporium.

It is located in a large cobblestone building at the southwest corner of the Bazaar on the west side of town.
