Released at the February 2024 run of Duskruin, in a Bloodriven Village shop called Amalgamations.

Tier 1 (OTS)

At tier 1 (as sold in the shop) these shields have standard flares based on their edition. The only edition currently released is Acid, which are constructed of black alloy and have a +20 enchantment like vultite.

Tier 2 - Twisted Interdiction Flares

At tier 2, the shields gain additional flares on a successful block while in an aggressive stance (forward, advance, or offensive).

   Swift strike would have hit more than an ear, if only it were there.

The shields also allow access to the TURN verb, which can toggle an added line below held objects when someone looks at the character.
