* User talk:TUMARA: Hi there, TUMARA. I am reaching out to you about three images that you previously uploaded to the wiki. GSwiki now has a new policy for all images uploaded to it that is a little more detailed than the last time we communicated. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. You have been really helpful in the past about making sure that your images always meet policy, which is greatly appreciated. I am flagging a few images generated by other players using AI art software. While it's fine to upload images created by someone else, you will have to note specifically if permission was granted by them to upload them to the wiki. Can you please confirm that for these three images:
:* :File:Falkissingopal.png - The caption notes that Falvicar's player generated this image via AI art software. I did see that it was added by his player to his wiki article. Can you confirm that his player granted permission to upload it?
:* :File:Falkissingopaltoon.png - The caption notes that Falvicar's player generated this image via AI art software. I did see that it was added by his player to his wiki article. Can you confirm that his player granted permission to upload it?
:* :File:Redheaded Halfling.png - The caption notes that Aliashyrah's player generated this image. Can you confirm that her player granted permission to upload it?
:If that information is not added within 7 days, these images will be deleted from the wiki. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone forum's wiki thread. I did do a quick look back through all of your uploaded images, and everything else is in compliance with the current policy based on information that you had previously provided, so this should hopefully be the last time I reach out to you about older images like this. Thank you for your help and understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 09:09, 24 August 2023 (CDT)

Uploaded Image Patrols

Ongoing record of images needing copyright/attribution information added.

It that also the case for images (looked over your page to see if someone had the same issue as mine and saw about deleted pages being completely gone). Unfortunately I don't tend to log in unless I'm editing something so I only *just* noticed about the image needing attributions. In this case the image is mine made using Poser software but the computer I made the image on is currently in need of repairs so I can't simply upload it again. I would have messaged you directly but.... I'll keep logged in for a week in look of answer. Thanks.
Hello, ZEUS. I am responding to the message you left on my image patrol log. Unfortunately File:Sayakah and Ghost.png has already been deleted from the wiki so it cannot be recovered. If you re-upload it, please make sure to note that you are the image creator per the Copyrights section of the GSwiki's Policy. If you need help with that process, I recommend posting to the Gemstone forum's wiki thread on Discord. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 11:05, 8 August 2023 (CDT)
 • User talk:ELADAMRI:Hello, ELADAMRI. I am reaching out to you four multiple images that you uploaded to the wiki. GSwiki has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. I have flagged several of your images that are not in compliance. None of them are currently used on any articles and simply exist as files on the wiki. The images that have been flagged as needing updated information are as follows:
 • File:Renald4.png - Who created the image? Based on the watermark, it appears that AI software (ArtflowAI) was used to create it; this will need to be clearly noted in the image description. Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
 • File:Renald.png - Who created the image? Based on the watermark, it appears that AI software (ArtflowAI) was used to create it; this will need to be clearly noted in the image description. Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you? Note: This appears to be a duplicate version of Renald4.png at a different resolution.
 • File:SeverineandRen.png - Who created the image? What AI imaging software was used, if any? Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
 • File:EladMando.png - Who created the image? Based on the watermark, it appears that AI software (ArtflowAI) was used to create it; this will need to be clearly noted in the image description. Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
If that information is not added within 7 days, these images will be deleted from the wiki. I understand that MOD-MOTTE had reached out to you before about some images needing attribution information added, and I thank you for updating that information for most of your images. These appear to be the only ones remaining that are missing that information among your recent uploads. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone [forum's wiki thread]. Thank you for your understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 11:09, 23 August 2023 (CDT)
