A Dusty Kiosk is a shop in the Merry Kraken, around the Flotilla, that specializes in Zetoile toys. This is a rotating shop and may not be available at certain times. 

The proprietor is Zeratoile the Magnificent.

The mahogany walls of this kiosk are scuffed and covered in a fine layer of dust, and a faded piece of parchment is nailed over a multitude of old flyers. Several wheeled toys sit on a few rickety shelves, and someone has scratched "Buy Me," into the wood with an arrow pointing at the toys.
