You see Isalen the Acqsael.
Faintly glowing translucent fins fan outward from his forearms and down the back of his torso.  A long, flowing tail covered in iridescent blue-black scales extends below the waist.  His facial features are almost elven, with almond-shaped ice blue eyes, high cheekbones, and gently pointed ears.  He has thick coarse dark grey hair with jagged ends.
He is holding a small stone in his right hand.
He is wearing a bright cerulean nyra vest, and a large wove kelp sack.
