Palestra Trials/2018
Palestra Trials were held in 2018 for both the Prime and Platinum instances. They were held within the Academy Nexus, within New Ta'Faendryl, which was accessed via a portal from the Faendryl Embassy in Ta'Illistim.
The second round of Palestra Trials in Prime took place Charlatos 1-3, 5118 (March 1-3, 2018). The recognized Palestra from the 5116 Trials (Arku, Aurach, Durakar, and Noira) were invited to present their apprentices, and Noira was eligible to retest to achieve Blade status.
At the conclusion of the Palestra Trials, Master Jahosk of Mahkra Academy granted the title of Blade (highest) to Divyne and Hypolita, the title of Sarissa (second highest) to Brutish, and the title of Peltast (third highest) to Synathaesia.
The first (and only) round of Palestra Trials were held in Platinum in 2018. No schedule information is available for them. At the conclusion of the Platinum Palestra Trials, titles were awarded to three participants: Blade Vrin, Sarissa Alsal, and Peltast Qoshkalia.

Event Date Time Description Reception Thursday 3/1/18 9pm ET Informal reception held in the Academy Nexus with presentation of candidates. The Trials Friday 3/2/18 9pm ET Candidates each demonstrate their combat abilities by facing three creatures in the Palestra Arena. The Trials Saturday 3/3/18 9pm ET Candidates continue their trials by first battling each other, then facing Blade Mishrac, and finally joining together to face a vathor. Closing Ceremony Sunday 3/19/18 9pm ET Closing Ceremony to conclude the trials and formally present the new members of the Palestra.
There will be a portal in the Faendryl Embassy in Ta'Illistim for all who wish to attend any of the events.
