Prelate Fzendoor was a high ranking priest of the Church of Koar in the Turamzzyrian Empire province of Honneland.
Fzendoor was an advocate for the Second Elven War, and helped convince then Emperor Rallick Anodheles to go to war. Fzendoor traveled with the army, and assumed command when the Emperor was fatally wounded. The Prelate, not a tactician, then lead the Imperial Army into a trap and into defeat at the Battle of the Susserlin River in 4771.
